29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide employees with effective information on the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and material safety data sheets required by this section: a) Facility, on or about June 6, 2014 - Employees were unaware of where the material safety data sheets were located for hazardous chemicals used to manufacture resin and non-resin brick. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to: liquid phenol formaldehyde resin; the chemical products used in resin brick manufacturing such as but not limited to: zirox, iron oxide, powder phenolic resin (Durite), stearic acid, fused magnesia, dolomite fines, deadburned magnesite, and deadburnt dolomite; and oil mist.
