29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. On or about April 16, 2014, and times prior thereto, in the stock room, boxes of product were not stored or stacked in a manner to allow unobstructed access into or out the storeroom. The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited by the Aurora Area Office for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 92089, citation number 1, item number 001, issued on October 05, 2011 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2011, with a final abatement date of October 11, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1762 N. Richmond Road, McHenry, IL. 60051.
