29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On or about April 11, 2014, on the 6:12 pitch roof, an employee installing OSB board roof sheathing was exposed to a 10 to 22 feet fall hazard in that he was not protected by a fall protection system. b. On or about April 11, 2014, on the 6:12 pitch roof, employees installing roofing paper were exposed to an 11 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
