29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1): At least two exit routes were not available in the workplace to permit prompt evacuation of employees and other building occupants during an emergency. On or about March 31, 2014, the emergency exit door located in the Feed Barn was locked and blocked by palletized merchandise, exposing employees to fire and/or other emergency evacuation-related hazards. Atwoods was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314933326, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on January 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 716 West Ayre, Shawnee, Oklahoma 74801.
