29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed. a) On or about March 24, 2013, and at times prior, the exit door on the west wall, south end of the production area was blocked with movable empty bins, bins with scrap metal, empty plastic buckets, metal rod stocks and debris in plastic containers.
