29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer had not certified that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date: (a) Asher Brewing Company, at 4699 Nautilus Court #104, Boulder, CO: On and preceding 3/10/14, Asher Brewing Company had not certified that employee training had been accomplished and kept up to date. Employees utilized energy control procedures on equipment including but not limited to when employees cleaned process equipment. Process equipment, including the mash tun, brew kettle, and fermentation tank, had multiple energy sources, including electrical, pressurized water, pressurized chemical, and thermal. The employer did not certify that employee training had been accomplished. This condition potentially exposed employees to uncontrolled hazardous energy sources.
