29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1)(i): Select, and have each affected employee use, the types of PPE that will protect the affected employee from the hazards identified in the hazard assessment; a. Examination and X Ray Rooms - On or about March 7, 2014, the employer had not adequately selected and had each affected employee use the adequate personal protective equipment to protect them when handling animal patients (cats and dogs). Employees were thereby exposed to first aid injuries.
