29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet (Construction Reference: 1926.59): EODMU-5, Bldg. 2113, Naval Base Guam - On or about February 10, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the written Hazard Communication Program did not contain a list of hazardous chemicals currently being used at the work site. Employees used chemical products such as but not limited to flammable paint thinner and welding gases, hydrochloric acid, and Quikrete.
