29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) A-wing, Room 111 - Housekeeping staff were exposed to eye damage and skin burns while using corrosive Diversey Crew Toilet Bowl Cleaner without an eyewash nearby, on or about February 12, 2014. Harbor Balmoral Management, LLC dba Harborchase was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 439051, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2960 Tampa Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34684.
