29 CFR 1910.106(d)(5)(iii): Storage of chemicals not required and used for maintenance and operation of building and operation of equipment was not prohibited. Such storage was not kept in, closed metal containers, stored in a storage cabinet, in safety cans, or in an inside storage room not having a door that opens into that portion of the building used by the public: a. On or about 02/04/2014, building 2145 - employees were exposed to fire related hazards, in that, flammable and combustible fluids such as Rustoleum and Krylon aerosol paints, Liquid Wrench, and Thompson water sealer were not stored in a metal closed container.
