OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees where employees were exposed to hazards such as but not limited to struck-by, crushing, and fall from heights during demolition activities. On or about 3 December 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees engaged in demolition operations at Kyle Field Stadium were using a Caterpillar Skid Steer to load, maneuver and dispatch concrete debris.
