29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness was not entered on the OSHA 300 Log and/or an incident report (OSHA Form 301or equivalent) within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred: A.) On or about Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Terminal 8 (JFK Airport), Jamaica, NY 11413 Within 7 calendar days of receiving information that a recordable workplace injury occurred resulting in the placement of an employee on job restrictive duty the employer failed to enter the injury on the OSHA 300 log for calendar year 2013. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
