29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about 10/30/13 at Augusta, GA: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while working on the P1 repel Line, located in the Dinnerware Department. The employer failed to provide adequate strain relief on an electrical cable located at the bottom of the P1 repel Drive Cabinet.
