29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i) is applicable to employment by 29 CFR 1917.1(a)(2)(iv) that incorporates the General Industry requirement: Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: (a) On or about October 30, 2013 the inspection revealed a junction box that was not effectively closed. The junction box was located in the room above the south rail bin at the Columbia Grain terminal at 15660 North Lombard in Portland, Oregon.
