29 CFR 1910.22(b)(1): Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. a) Mechanical Room G028 - A 24-inch long copper tube was located approximately 6 inches above the floor and running across a walkway used by employees to access the air conditioning reset controls, on or about October 6, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
