29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were readily accessible to employees: a/ RRE Operations/Raritan NJ Site Boiler Room: Where the employer has elected to have a partial evacuation program in the event of a fire or other emergency, portable fire extinguishers were not immediately accessible for use, in that 1/ a portable fire extinguisher was blocked by a "Central Pneumatic" portable air compressor 2/ there was a plastic spray bottle hanging from the (mounted) fire extinguisher Observed on/or about 8/9/2013.
