29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits shall be listed and marked "SWD." (a) Location - Hill Road, Woburn, MA: On or about 7/24/2013, the employer failed to ensure that a circuit breaker being used as a switch when changing the florescent lighting circuit was approved and marked "SWD."
