29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, Warehouse Area. - On or about July 26, 2013, sufficient facilities for quick flushing of the eyes and body are not available for employees adding water to the forklift batteries. b) Philadelphia Macaroni Company, 2nd floor battery charging area. - On or about July 26, 2013, sufficient facilities for quick flushing of the eyes and body are not available for employees adding water to the batteries of electric pallet jacks. Philadelphia Macaroni was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311269377, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on November 5, 2008, with respect to a workplace located at40 Jacksonville Road Warminster, PA 18974.
