29 CFR 1910.151 (c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Cyclone Drilling, Inc., Drilling Rig 17, API 05-045-19478, Rifle, CO 81650: On and before July 7, 2011 the creating, exposing and correcting employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching and flushing the body with a shower to employees working with corrosive, liquid ammonium bisulfite 60% and sodium hydroxide. This condition exposed employees to chemical burns. Abatement Note: For details on emergency eyewash and shower equipment, OSHA references the American National Standard for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment, ANSI Z358.1.
