29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange/North Brunswick, NJ - Throughout the warehouse: Emergency exit doors and aisles were blocked by used office furniture such as but not limited to tables, desks, and chairs. Condition noted on or about July 2, 2013. Complete Liquidations dba The Furniture Exchange was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 280674, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/27/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2300 US Highway 1 North, New Brunswick, NJ.
