29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a. Facility - On or about June 28, 2013, the employer had not adequately certified periodic inspections of the established energy control procedures in place for employees who perform servicing and maintenance of equipment. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with the unexpected energization of equipment.
