29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: a) Rear Corner Workbench; On or about 6/26/2013; A hand held clear plastic spray bottle holding a liquid was not labeled nor was it emptied at the end of the work shift exposing employees to potential chemical exposures.
