29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: On or about 7/8/2013 at 4600 Cantrell Road Flowery Branch, GA; an affected employee was observed performing cleaning operations of the number 1 wire draw line without the use of locks and relied on the interlock system for the control of energy.
