29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed: (a) There was no annual review of the energy control program. Retterbush Fiberglass Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 110528, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 719 Long Drive, Piqua, Ohio. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence, or written records.
