29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a-154 Fort Lee Road, Bogota NJ: An employee engaged in roofing activities was exposed to fall hazards of 16ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection was not present. Condition noted on or about 06/20/2013. Janiec Roofing Inc was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 312864051 and 314675786. In regards to Inspection Number 312864051, Citation # 1, Item # 1, was issued on 4/21/2010 to a workplace located at 2-25 Plaza Road, Fair Lawn NJ 07410. This citation became a final order on 05/11/2010. In regards to Inspection Number 314675786, Citation # 02, Item # 01, was issued on 04/30/2011 to a work place located at 116 2nd Ave, Westwood NJ 07675.
