29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a) Wine on the 9, 6531 U.S. 9, Howell, NJ 07731: On or about May 10, 2013, the employer did not ensure that each working level was fully planked. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 6ft and 13.5ft. M.H. CONTRACTOR, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.451(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314674839, CITATION 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 1/3/2011, FINAL ORDER DATE 8/8/2011. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
