29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: Roof of building, West side: On or about May 29, 2013, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a low-slope roof with unprotected sides at a height of greater than 6 feet above concrete sidewalk, installing metal caps on the edge of the parapet wall outside of the warning line system and with out a fall protection system. The Turner Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314304031, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/16/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3134 Roosevelt, San Antonio, TX 78214. The Turner Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312848286, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/07/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 6710 FM 1516, Converse, TX. The Turner Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311316467, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/29/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 927 North Highway 46, Seguin, TX 78155.
