29 CFR 1926.1413(a)(4)(ii)(B): 29 CFR 1926.1413(a)(4)(ii)(B): When a deficiency in Category II was identified, operations involving use of the wire rope in question was not prohibited until the wire rope was replaced. a) Hwy 109 @ Cumberland River - On or about 5/21/13, damaged cables were not removed from service. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
