29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, post, frames, and uprights were not erected on base plate and mud sills, or other adequate firm foundation: a) On or about 05/07/13 CSHO observed two employees working on and from tubular welded scaffold when it was not erected base plates, mud sills or other adequate foundations. Tacuri Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312560576, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on 01/02/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 130 Logan Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07303.
