29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: At the checking station by door FD4 employer is failing to ensure that unused openings in boxes are enclosed to prevent employee contact with live parts. Specifically, A knock out was missing in the 2x4 electrical box that housed a light switch. The Americold Logistics LLC. was previously cite for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in inspection number 316384957, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 10, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 215 East Air Depot Road Garden, AL 35905.
