29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record: a. On or about April 20, 2013, on the west side of Hwy 2300, employees working in bucket trucks performing high power line work were not adequately trained about the hazards of fall protection and the procedures to minimize those hazards.
