29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: On or about March 13, 2013, at the above addressed site, the employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets (MSDS) at the work place for Diesel fuel being used so they were readily available for review.
