29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. On or about 3/4/2013 at 1044 Booth Road, Warner Robins, GA: Employees engaged in servicing and maintenance activities, such as but not limited to, changing blanks and rings are exposed to the unexpected start up or energizing of the IS machines as lockout and tag-out procedures were not utilized.
