The employer had not developed and implemented a written hazard communication program for employee(s) that work with or are exposed to hazardous materials on the jobsite such as, but not limited to, gasoline a flammable liquid stored in 5 gallon Eagle safety cans for use in chainsaws, as determined on March 13, 2013.
