29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: (a) Near Main Entrance - The control panels for the store's lighting had items such as , but not limited to, a soft drink cooler and a shovel with a garbage can stored in the required work space that would limit access to the panel in the event of an electrical emergency such as an electrical fire.
