29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminants chemical state and physical form: (Construction Reference 1926.103) On or about February 6, 2013, at the worksite located at 86 Tournay Circle, Little Rock, Arkansas, employer had not evaluated employee brick cutting tasks to determine the need for respiratory protection. An employee using a 14" Chicago Electric Industrial Cut-off saw to cut brick to size did not wear respiratory protection. Employee was exposed to contact with dust particulates generated from the cutting tasks.
