29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: At this location in the Warehouse, employees filled customer orders and moved products for loading while standing in the unmarked aisle/passageway, the unmarked walking/working aisles exposed employees to struck-by hazards from the passing pallet jacks and powered industrial trucks. Coca-Cola Refreshments USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent Standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection #561198, Citation #1, Item #1, issued on 09/27/2012.
