29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(B): The employer's piping and instrument diagrams were not accurate and did not represent equipment that was existing and was part of the process. (a) On or about 11/9/12 - at the Morris Chillers on the roof, the P&ID (Drawing No. PSM 23, Morrise Chiller) for chillers with a revision date of R4 8/16/11 was not accurate in that the Morris chiller identified as Rechiller 1 on the equipment was identified as RWC-4 (ME-15) on the drawing and as RWC-1A on the Refrigeration Department's red line drawing. (b) On or about 11/9/12 - at the Morris Chillers on the roof, the P&ID (Drawing No. PSM 23, Morrise Chiller) for chillers with a revision date of R4 8/16/11 was not accurate in that the Morris chiller identified as Rechiller 2 on the equipment was identified as RWC-3 (ME-14) on the drawing and as RWC-2A on the Refrigeration Department's red line drawing.
