29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use: On or about January 18th, 2013: a) Several doors in the Rebuild Shop could be mistaken for an Exit and were not labeled as "Not an Exit" or indicating its actual use. b) On the second floor of the Parts Warehouse, a door leading into the attic was not labeled as "Not an Exit" or indicating its actual use, and could be mistaken for an emergency exit and employees could be trapped.
