No. 10A-1970: Location: 42 West Street, Brooklyn, NY. 3rd floor, South East. a) Employer did not periodcally inspect the portable fire extinguishers maintained at the job site. On or about 09/25/2012. Location: 42 West Street, Brooklyn, NY. 5th floor, South West. b) Employer did not periodcally inspect the portable fire extinguishers maintained at the job site. On or about 09/25/2012. The New Haven Maintenance, LLC was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313432759, citation 2 item 1, issued on 12/21/2011, this citation become final order on 02/02/2012.
