29 CFR 1910.107(g)(7): There were not any "No smoking" signs in large letters on contrasting color background conspicuously posted at all spraying areas. a) Facility, Weatherford U.S. L.P., 134 Wickwire Way, Towanda, PA: On or about October 1, 2012, The company had not posted any "No Smoking" signs in or around the predetermined spraying area. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation.
