29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about 10/1/12, at 3090 NE 43rd Avenue, in the city of Homestead, the employer did not ensure the exit routes were kept free and unobstructed. Instance 1 : The exit door located at the storage room was blocked with merchandise. Instance 2: The exit door located at the soda room was blocked with crates of sodas.
