29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: Employees are exposed to burn and tripping hazards caused by caused by fire extinguishers in unmarked location, such as but not limited to, electrical room near key shop and the Georgia Power hallway.
