29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit": a) At the cargo bin area offices- The employer did not mark with a clearly visible "Exit" sign each exit door located at the cargo bin area offices exposing the employees to fire hazards. Continental Airlines dba United Continental Holdings, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37 (b) (2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311564645, citation number 2, item number 2(a) and was affirmed as a final order on 06/24/09, with respect to a workplace located at Newark Liberty International Airport, Newark, NJ 07114.
