29 CFR 1926.50(d)(2): The contents of the first-aid kit were not checked by the employer before being sent out on each job or at least weekly on each job to ensure that the expended items were replaced: (a) Ford E-250 Van PA ZBN4630 - The employer did not ensure that the employee work van had a stocked first-aid kit before being sent out on each job or at least weekly and did not ensure that expended items were replaced on or about June 8, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
