29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer: (Construction Reference 1926.103) Hanger Deck, Building 2641, HSC-25, Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam. On or about July 19, 2012, and at times prior thereto, respirators were not provided, used, or maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition exposing employees to environmental and chemical hazards at the worksite.
