On or about:06/11/2012 Location: Jobsite at 406 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA Employees had not received training in recognizing and avoiding hazards prior to beginning work. ATLANTIC DRAIN SERVICE COMPANY INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A SIMILAR VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 310673454, CITATION NUMBER 1 ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 11/26/2007 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF 01/18/2008.
