29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502. a. On or about June 9, 2012, employees installing tiles on the roof of a two story residential building located at 2120 White Jasmine Court were exposed to a 20-foot fall hazard. b. On or about July 23, 2012, employees installing tiles on the roof of a two story residential building located at 2118 White Jasmine Court were exposed to a 20-foot fall hazard. Collis Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in the following inspections: 1. Number 315570697 Citation 01 Item 001 and was affirmed as a Final Order on May 17, 2011, with respect to the workplace located at 136 N. 4th St., Lake Mary, Florida 32746. 2. Number 314225913 Citation 01, Item 001 and was affirmed as a Final Order on April 6, 2010, with respect to the workplace located at 6082 Saint Julian Dr., Sanford, Florida 32771.
