29 CFR 1926.405(j)(2)(ii): Damp and wet locations. A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location shall be designed for the location. A) South west exterior of building, on or about June 13, 2012, two duplex electrical receptacle boxes located outdoors did not have a closeable weather proof cover, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
