29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): In every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial, or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design which were supplied and securely affixed by the owner of the building, or the duly authorized agent, in a conspicuous place in each space to which they related: (a) Maintenance Shop - The employer used an upstairs level of the building to store supplies and parts, and the employer did not have a plate, indicating the load that the storage level could safely support, posted in a conspicuous place, on or about May 18, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and shall state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
